1. Scope of Work

• The prize includes designing and developing a basic business website with up to 5 pages.
• The website will include standard features such as a home page, about page, services page, contact page, and any other pages agreed upon during the initial consultation.

2. Exclusions

• The website prize does not include e-commerce functionalities, such as online store features.
• Additional functionalities or custom features beyond the scope of the basic business website will incur extra charges, to be discussed and agreed upon separately.

3. Hosting and Domain

• The winner is responsible for web hosting costs and the domain name is free (.com/.lk).
• Other winners must pay for domain & hosting. They are only eligible for a discount on web development fees.
• Softuniq can recommend hosting providers and assist with the setup if needed.

4. Content and Materials

• The client (winner) must provide all necessary content, including text, images, and other media, for the website.
• Softuniq is not responsible for creating or sourcing content unless agreed upon as an additional service.

5. Revisions

• The prize includes up to 3 rounds of revisions during the development phase.
• Any additional revisions beyond the included rounds will be billed at our rate.

6. Timeline

• The website is estimated to be completed within 2 weeks from the date the client provides all necessary content and materials.
• Delays in providing content or feedback may result in a longer development time.

7. Payment Terms for Additional Services

• Any additional services, such as extra revisions, custom features, content creation, or ongoing maintenance, will be billed separately.

8. Renewal and Maintenance

• The initial prize includes 3 months of free maintenance and updates.
• After this period, ongoing maintenance and updates can be provided at a rate of our maintenance rate.
• The client is responsible for renewing their hosting and domain registration. Failure to do so may result in the website being taken offline.

9. Client Responsibilities

• The client must provide timely feedback and necessary approvals during the development process.
• The client agrees to use the website for lawful purposes only and is responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Softuniq is not responsible for any damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profit, or business interruption, arising from the use or inability to use the website.
• The total liability of Softuniq under this agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the website development services.

11. Acceptance and Warranty

• Upon completion, the client will have 3 days to review the website and request any final adjustments.
• Softuniq offers a 30-day warranty period after the website goes live, during which time any technical issues or bugs will be fixed free of charge.
• Any issues reported after the warranty period will be addressed at the standard maintenance rate.

12. Termination

• Softuniq reserves the right to terminate the project if the client fails to fulfil their responsibilities or if the project becomes unfeasible due to unforeseen circumstances.
• In the event of termination, any work completed up to that point will be delivered to the client, and no further obligations will be held by Softuniq.
